Konjac foods need only to be drained and rinsed. They are very much like cellophane or bean thread noodles in taste and texture BUT they have no net carbs or calories.  you can use konjac foods in place of regular pasta --- for having it with butter and grated cheese. You would boil it for 15 minutes first then toss it in a saute pan with the butter and cheese.

I chop the noodles into 2-3" pieces before doing this to make them easier to eat. or, you can use them kind like spaghetti, but they are a little chewy. you can put them into soup, like sukiyaki. "

Cooking: dip in water or steam about 3-5 minutes and than cook in the way you like. You can add various vegtables and meat which ever you like, it can be fryed, baked,stewed, braised and also used as salad with your favourd dressing.
