Instant Konjac glucomannan pasta recipes

  • 300 grams leg ham
  • 2 1/2 cupskonjac glucomannan pasta
  • 1 small spanish onions -- thinly sliced
  • 100 grams black olives
  • 1 large zucchini
  • 400 grams canned artichokes -- drained
  • DRESSING
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons white vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons fresh basil -- chopped
  • ground pepper
Drain and rinse konjac pasta. cut ham into thin strips. Cut zucchini into thin strips, or grate. Cut artichoke hearts into quarters. Assemble salad in a medium bowl, mixing all ingredients gently together Combine dressing ingredients in a covered container, shake well. pour dressing over salad.
